During the Joseon Dynasty, rice bran water was used like today’s toner, and was called Beauty Water, and was used for beautiful skin. Rice bran is rich in amino acids and minerals that help moisturize dry skin. Alpha Arbutin 2% Alpha-Arbutin works by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase which limits the production of melanin in your skin. It is also known to have a 10 times greater effect than regular Beta Arbutin.

Suitable for normal, sensitive and dry skin.

Apply 2-3 drops of serum to face. Gently pat to aid absorption.
